DeskFit Reset combines Pilates and Calisthenics in my Pilathenics method to safely strengthen your core, improve alignment, and restore natural posture. Sessions start by bulletproofing your core and progress to full-body balance and strength. Join my small group classes for motivation or 1-on-1 sessions for a personalized approach. DeskFit Reset helps you move smarter, sit taller, and feel more confident, whether you’re already dealing with pain and/or bad posture or just want to prevent it.

This program is perfect for beginners who want to train smart, progress safely, and see real results. Using my Pilathenics method, we start with core activation and posture foundation, then gradually move into fun, structured skill-building exercises. You’ll develop strength, balance, mobility, and confidence, all while training safely and effectively. As a bonus, you can join my Saturday Free Outdoor Session, where you’ll practice skills, enjoy the fresh air, and meet a community of like-minded learners, a playful, motivating way to reinforce your progress.
